Prices

not  make  any  representation  as  to  the 
accuracy,  reliability  or  veracity  of  all  the 
prices  shown  on  the  mobile  application. 
Canon retains the prerogative to amend the 
prices at any time as it sees fit. In addition, 
the  recommended  retail  prices  shown  on 
the mobile application do not represent the 
actual selling prices of Canon's authorised 
dealers. For the actual selling prices, please 
contact Canon's authorised dealers.

Indemnification

-  You  agree  to  indemnify, 

defend and hold Canon and all of its agents, 
directors, 

employees, 

information 

providers, licensors and licensees, officers 
and  parent, 

(collectively  "Indemnified 

Parties")  harmless  from  and  against  any 
and all liability and costs (including, without 
limitation  attorneys'  fees  and  costs), 
incurred  by  the  Indemnified  Parties  in 
connection with any claim arising out of any 
breach by you of these Terms of Use of the 
foregoing  representations,  warranties  and 
covenants.  You  will  cooperate  as  fully  as 
reasonably required on Canon's defense of 
any such claim. Canon reserves the right, at 
its  own  expense,  to  assume  the  exclusive 
defense and control of any matter otherwise 
subject  to  indemnification  by  you  and  you 
will  not  in  any  event  settle  any  matter 
without the written consent of Canon.

General

and  shall  not  affect  the  validity  and

Collection  of  Information  on  Usage 
Status  and  User  Preferences

application  analyses  the  usage  status  by 
collecting  the  Device  UUID,  Product  ID, 
search term, product model (free-text input 
provided by the user) using third party tools 
such as the Google Analytics which shall be

information is anonymous and collected to 
track user preference. No personal data of 
the user is collected in the entire process

Severability- 

It  is  understood  that  any 

provision  of  these  Terms  of  Use  which  is 
unlawful,  void,  or  unenforceable  shall  be 
deemed severable and shall not affect any 
other provision.

Governing law & Jurisdiction

of  Use  shall  be  governed  the  Laws  of 
Singapore.

disputes, 

controversies  and  conflicts  (“Disputes”)

application  shall  be  referred  to  the

14.  Compliance  with  the  End  User  License 

Agreement-

available  through  Apple  App  Store  and 
Google Play Store are licensed, not sold, to 
you. Your license to the mobile application 
is  subject  to  your  prior  acceptance  of  the 
respective  End  User  License  Agreement
